The National Taiwan Standard Time, established and maintained by the National Standard Time and Frequency Laboratory in TL (Telecommunication Laboratories, ChungHwa Telecom), is a Physical realization of UTC (Coordinated Universal Time, published by the BIPM) – named UTC(TL). The UTC(TL) is in very precise agreement with UTC. TL also maintain the official time of Taiwan, which is currently +8 hours with UTC(TL).
